The Iberian peninsula is such an underrated source of great wines with the most classic and arguably, most famous being Rioja.

Rioja is as age-worthy as the wines of Bordeaux and Burgundy, yet it flies under the radar compared to its more well-known peers. This means that a stellar bottle of age-worthy Rioja can be procured for far less than a similarly rated bottle of Bordeaux or Burgundy.

If you were to look at a map you would see how much climatic diversity there is between Rioja's sub regions, from the high altitude vineyards of Rioja Alta and Alavesa on the north/north east to the sun-baked Mediterranean influenced of the Oriental to the south and east.

Come and join us and discover the age-worthy wines of Rioja, in all their glory from white to red, sparkling and even a rose thrown in. This will be a fantastic tasting and we are sure you will walk away a little more inspired to drink more wines from this world class Spanish wine region.

All sessions are led by a wine tutor and include a digital presentation and full tasting notes.
