Villages of the C'ote D'or

Event Description

1.5 hours

We love Burgundy (who doesn't?) - there's an almost spiritual calm that descends upon you whenever you visit this region and as they say, when you get into wine, all roads lead to Burgundy.

It's also well known that Burgundy produces some of the finest Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines in the world, using two well known grape varieties; Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Meursault, Volnay & Gevrey-Chambertin will be tasted on this tour through the Côte d'Or and we'll take a closer look at some of the most complex (and expensive) terroir on the planet. It's not often that you get to taste a selection of some of Burgundy's top villages in one sitting so this will be a real treat for any Burgundy lover or a great introduction to some of the region's key wines.

Melbourne Wine School is exited to host this Burgundian tasting where we will give you the opportunity to learn more about this fantastic region and taste some of its great wines.
